She started her career as a Broadcast Journalist and Producer for English News and Current Affairs before making a career switch to Marketing and Branding. Lu-Ann was Regional Marketing Manager at Cambridge University Press based in Singapore and responsible for Asia, Head of Marketing at MRC geneservice; a business unit of the UK Medical Research Council based in Cambridge (UK), Vice-President of Abex Inc. based in UK, before returning to Asia to take up a positions as Regional Managing Director of Brandz Consulting. She was until late 2006, Director of Corporate Affairs at Temasek Holdings in Singapore before she co-founded independent consultants 1920 (i1920)

Lu-Ann has experience consulting in education, finance, telecommunications, retail, exhibition, hospitality, public services, VWOS. She also acts as a confidential advisor to a few companies and is a frequent invited trainer, facilitator and speaker to business forums, events and company workshops.

In her spare time, she lectures at tertiary institutions and contributes widely to areas of academic research by publishing in journals in the areas of marketing, branding, advertising and integrated communications. Her works are published in journals by the University of Hong Kong.

Maura is one of Asia's most experienced business journalists. She has spent more than 15 years in financial news, working in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore, and hosted a range of financial markets programmes at CNBC Asia.

She was the presenter for CNBC Asia’s "Cash Flow" and "Capital Connection," both shows which she pioneered. She also anchored CNBC's weekly roundup program, "Asia Market Week”. In 2009, she was a finalist in the Best News Anchor category at the Asian Television Awards.

Maura has interviewed numerous CEOS and top business leaders aroung the world including George Soros, Steve Forbes, Sheldon Adelson, Lee Hsien Yang, Richard Li, Zhu Min and Zhang Xin. Her list of interviews also includes heads of states and cabinet members such Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva, Philippine President Fidel Ramos, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice and U.S. White House Advisor Larry Summers.

Maura’s journalism career has brought her in close contact with the world’s major business and financial stories. She covered the 2008-2009 Global Economic Crisis, the Dotcom Bubble Crash, the 9-11 attacks in the United States and the Asian Economic Crisis of 1997-1998. During her time at CNBC Asia, she also reported widely from the 2006 Thailand Coup, APEC Leaders' Summits, China's Communist Party leadership and National People's Congress meetings in Beijing.

Sera has 18 years experience in the Public Relations business.

She specialises in consumer public relations and have worked with clients such as

Simond has more than 20 years in the advertising creative industry in Asia.

Throughout his career, he has worked on Carrefour, HBO and Epson, Singtel, Citibank, APL, IBM, Tiger Beer, Mitsubishi Motors, KFC, Pizza Hut, Visa, Unicef, Suntec Convention Center, Haagen-Dazs and SIA, among others.

His creative works have been nominated and have won awards throughout his career with agencies BBDO, JWT Malaysia, Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore as Creative Group Head(Activation). He was part of the core team on Nestle Ice Cream, Ford Motors, HSBC, Great Eastern Insurance and Hi-5 Bread during which he helped with new business wins for Great Eastern Insurance, Extra Joss Energy Drink and Tourism Malaysia.

Above everything else, Simond is always looking for ideas that focuses on consumer and brand engagement. In this respect, his work has won accolades from international, regional and local advertising shows, including Cannes, D&AD, Spikes Asia and Adfest.

Apart from advertising, Simond lives a second life as an artist who dabbles with printmaking. He has participated in various group exhibitions both locally and abroad, including at The Print Center(Philadelphia), International Print Center(New York), The 16th SPACE International Print Biennial at OCI Museum of Art(South Korea), 25th International Juried Show at the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey(USA) and the 2nd Penang International Print Exhibition(Malaysia).
