Bee Lay has distinguished herself as an outstanding and sought after
consultant in the last 20 years.
On her client list in both private and government sectors spanning
different countries and industries include Overseas United Bank (Asia),
StarHub (Asia), Credit Suisse, Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (SMRT),
British Airports Authorities (BAA). Her personal work and residential experience
are in the USA, UK, China and ASEAN countries.
In her years with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, she had led
initiatives on customer strategy, customer relationship management (CRM),
business process re-engineering, and IT software development project
management for various blue chip companies. Bee Lay’s passion
and work earned her the prestigious “Passion for Innovation”
award from StarHub. A certified PMP project practitioner, she has also
overseen local numerous project management of different scale and in
different countries.
Bee Lay co-founded independent consultants 1920 (i1920) and won new
clients with experience, capabilities, expertise , professionalism and
attention to details. She was instrumental in delivering large scale
projects for the Land Transport Authority, SingTel and led the team
at i1920 in the completion of numerous projects. Her relentless focus
on delivering customer needs and value-adding to their processes has
enabled the client list at i1920 to grow through client referrals.

Denise spent about 9 years with Accenture (formerly known as Andersen
Consulting), one of the top 5 global global consulting firms.
Her experience spans multiple industries in large-scale enterprise
transformation projects across the areas of Strategy, Business process,
People and Technology where she specialised in Change Management. Denise
was also Accenture’s Alliance Manager for Microsoft and Avanade
(JV between Microsoft and Accenture) across Asia, acting as a liaison
for Microsoft-based engagement. She was responsible for the Asian relationship,
contractual commitments and metrics between all 3 companies, in accordance
with global engagement principles.
Her work with MNCs, living experiences in the UK and on extended overseas
postings (Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur) with clients and co-workers from
different nationalities has garnered experience in dealing with cross-culture
people and organisation issues.
Since January 2003, Denise has transitioned to another people-centred
line of work where she instructs Yoga to individuals, groups and corporations,
helping people from all walks of life to develop strong bodies and calm
minds. A consultant at heart, she can be persuaded to take on selected
projects for select clients.

BEng (Electronic and Electrical) (Hons), University of Surrey,
UK
Imelda has more than 18 years experience in the IT industry the bulk
of which was spent at Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) where she
obtained a scholarship for her undergraduate studies.
At Singtel where spent about 16 years, she managed many departmental
legal, financial and administration alignments through re-organisations.
Her web application (including usability) was chosen to be part of the
Singapore National Internet Infrastructure (NII) showcase to the public.
More recently as a consultant, Imelda has done strategy level
contemporary business research and Information Communication Technology
(ICT) technical writing, for clients from various industries, including
multi-national companies (MNCs) and Government-linked companies (GLCs).
She also earned her certified competencies from the Singapore National
Infocomm Competency Framework (NICF) in business requirements analysis
and process re-engineering and the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications
(WSQ) Professional Diploma in Creative Entrepreneurship (PDCE).
Imelda started using the equivalent of on-line social media even before
consumer Internet access was available in Singapore. A long-time fan
of the Singapore arts, she has formal training in Western Classical
music and Japanese language. She is active in the Singapore Arts scene
where she attends and organises events to further the interest of Arts
in Singapore.
